In the unlikely event that your item is damaged in transit, please contact us on 9741 6688 within 2 weeks and we will automatically replace it. All we need is a photograph via email of any damaged goods.
If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your item please contact us within 2 weeks, return the item via post or in person during business hours or on match days, to the Werribee Football Club, Avalon Airport Oval, Watton Street, Werribee 3030. We will be happy to replace or exchange the item or refund the item purchase amount to you within 7 days of return.
Please note that there is no return/refund available on events or membership items. Refunds are available on merchandise items only.
Our merchandise items come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality.
If a Product has a minor defect, we will provide a repair or offer you a replacement or a refund. If you think that a Product is defective you should contact the Werribee Football Club on 9741 6688 for assistance. A photo may be requested to assist with the assessment of your claim.
Where a Product is defective and needs to be replaced or repaired, return shipping will be arranged at the expense of Werribee Football Club. If a Product is replaced, your replacement Product becomes your property and the returned Product becomes our property. When a refund is given, the returned Product becomes our property.
